TrustedProvider LLC ("TrustedProvider," "we," "us," or "our") operates a home services marketplace connecting residents of master-planned communities with vetted local service providers. Our website is trustedprovider.app and our mobile application is available on iOS and Android.

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, community/address, and authentication credentials (via Apple or Google sign-in).
- Property details: Lot size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, pool type, and similar configuration data used for service pricing.
- Payment information: Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Provider information: For service providers — name, email, phone number, service specialties, ZIP code, business license and insurance documentation.
- Communications: Messages sent through our platform, SMS opt-in records, and support inquiries.
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, and interaction patterns.
- Location data: Community-level location based on your registered address. We do not track real-time GPS location.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and improve our services.
- Match residents with qualified, community-relevant service providers.
- Process payments and payouts via Stripe.
- Send transactional notifications (job updates, booking confirmations, payment receipts) via in-app notifications, email, or SMS.
- Send SMS job dispatch alerts to providers who have explicitly opted in (see our SMS Terms).
- Verify provider credentials, licensing, and insurance.
- Respond to support requests and resolve disputes.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service fulfillment: When you book a service, your name, address, and job details are shared with the assigned provider so they can complete the work.
- Payment processing: Payment data is shared with Stripe to process transactions.
- SMS delivery: Phone numbers of opted-in providers are used with Twilio to send job dispatch alerts.
- Email delivery: Email addresses are used with SendGrid to send transactional emails.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used exclusively for transactional service delivery.
5. SMS & Phone Number Privacy
Service providers may opt in to receive transactional SMS job dispatch alerts by texting their invite code to our designated phone number (Mobile-Originated opt-in). We store the phone number, opt-in timestamp, and consent method. Phone numbers collected for SMS are:
- Used only for sending transactional job alerts and related service messages.
- Never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Stored securely and retained only while the provider's account is active.

6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase), and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Opt out of SMS communications (reply STOP).
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
