SMS Terms of Service

1. About This Program

TrustedProvider LLC ("TrustedProvider," "we," "us," or "our") operates a transactional SMS messaging program to notify opted-in service providers about new job opportunities in their area. These messages are strictly transactional — we do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.

2. How to Opt In

Our SMS program uses a Mobile-Originated (MO) opt-in model. This means you must initiate contact by texting us first. Here is how it works:

1. You are approved as a TrustedProvider service provider and receive an email invitation containing a unique invite code.
2. You voluntarily text your invite code to our designated phone number from your mobile device.
3. You receive an automated confirmation reply acknowledging your opt-in and providing program details.
4. You begin receiving transactional job dispatch alerts when jobs matching your profile are posted in your service area.

By texting your invite code to our number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from TrustedProvider related to job dispatch and service operations. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or service agreement.

3. Message Content & Frequency

Messages you receive will include:

• New job dispatch alerts (service type, location area, price, and a link to view/accept)
• Job status updates (assignment confirmation, schedule reminders)
• Opt-in confirmation and opt-out confirmation messages

Message frequency varies and depends on job availability in your area and your service categories. You may receive anywhere from zero to several messages per day. There is no fixed schedule.

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message and immediately cease all SMS communications to your number. You will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again by texting a new invite code.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your status as a TrustedProvider service provider. You may still receive job notifications via email or through the provider web app.

6. Privacy & Data Use

Your phone number and SMS consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points specific to SMS:

• Your phone number is used exclusively to send transactional job dispatch alerts and related service messages.
• We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your phone number or SMS consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
• We store your phone number, opt-in timestamp, opt-in method, and opt-out status securely.
• Your data is retained only while your provider account is active. Upon account deletion, your phone number and consent records are removed within 30 days.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is designed to work with all major US mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carrier support may vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will notify affected providers of material changes via SMS or email. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
